I cannot recommend Miller Piano highly enough! Our family was in the market for our first piano, but uncertain as to the best fit. I reached out to Miller Piano and within minutes had a call from Forrest - we chatted for about 30 minutes … More and he walked me through several different options and considerations. Shortly after hanging up the phone, I had an email from him full of information about all of the brands available to us, pros/cons, and even recordings of the individual models! We went out to their temporary warehouse over the weekend and Forrest spent a few hours with us, playing the individual pianos in person, walking us through the features, etc. We fell in love with a gorgeous used Kawai he had in the shop - the only con was that it was a polished ebony, not satin ebony as we hoped. Forrest to the rescue 🙂 Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he also has years of experience refinishing pianos! He offered to buff the finish for us. We left knowing our new piano was in the best hands. He sent pictures and kept us updated through the whole process. He personally delivered the piano with his father a few days later and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's clear Forrest and his dad are really passionate about what they do and have a heart for bringing music and music education to our community. This was a 10+ star experience from start to finish and I have no doubt we will continue to be well taken care of in the future! -

Then the piano electronics were slightly damaged during shipping. Without hesitation, Dave drove out to my home to try and get it working himself. He soon sent over a technician who got it fixed, no charge. Sherry was also very helpful all along, especially in getting me familiar with the software. She’s always been there when I had questions about getting everything set up.
I hardly ever write reviews about anything. But I felt these two exceptional people deserved some high praise, as does Mr. Miller for knowing the kind of associates who really make a difference both before and after the sale. Pianos are much more than furniture or simple instruments to people who own and enjoy them. They are more like family members. And it’s great to find them in a store that feels more like family with a personal touch than a place that only exists to make money. As we all know, there are a lot of ways to run a business and make a profit in this world. It’s refreshing and rewarding to find a place that demonstrates how it should be done. -
