On Tuesday, December the fourth, the Nashville School of the Arts piano recital took place at 7:00 in the auditorium of the school located at 1250 Foster Ave in Nashville. Nashville School of the Arts, a member of Metro Nashville Public Schools, showcased some unbelievably talented musicians who played on a concert series C-6 grand piano. The instrument is a part of the Yamaha Artist Services fleet and recently got back from being out with Lyle Lovett. The use of the piano for the recital and rehearsal days leading up to the recital was donated by the Millers of Miller Piano Specialists who attended the recital with their institutional director Jack Klinefelter and Yamaha Institutional Solutions Group member and music educational specialist Walt Straiton.
The Millers are proud to support the fine work that Laura Gabriel, the director of piano studies, is performing with her piano students in the school’s music department under the direction of Dr. Gregory Stewart, the executive principle of the Nashville School of the Arts.
