Tried to save money and set my grand piano up myself with two other people none of which ever did it before. If you are ever thinking about doing this DON"T DO IT! Get professionals to do it. During our attempt the rear leg broke right … More off and the piano crashed to the floor. After freaking out and getting the piano back up on the dolly, I called Miller Piano Specialists for advice. They knew exactly what happened and were incredibly helpful. I sent pictures of the broken leg and they immediately knew it could be repaired and that they would be able to come out and set up my piano 50 miles away. About 10 days after dropping the leg off at their showroom, they came out with a completely repaired leg (a beautiful job) and in short order had my piano set up and ready to go.
