QUICK TIPS ON
HOW TO SET OR DISABLE THE TIMER ON YOUR YAMAHA DIGITAL PIANO
(pg 17 owners manual) (clp 735 and above)

1. TURN PIANO OFF.
2. Hold down the first white key on the far left side of the piano while turning on the instrument. This will disable the timer so the piano will not turn off after so many minutes or hours. (we are a green company, designed to save energy)
3. They all come with this feature on the timer when you receive your piano.
SETTING PIANO POWER TIMER 5-120 MINUTES
1. PUSH THE FUNCTION BUTTON SEVERAL TIMES TILL YOU SEE “SYSTEM” SELECT. BY USING YOUR ARROWS, SET THE DESIRED TIME FOR YOUR PIANO TO TURN OFF. ANYWHERE FROM 5-120 MINUTE.
2. *THIS IS GREAT IF YOU ARE PLAYING MIDI FILES FOR A PARTY, AND YOU WANT PEOPLE TO LEAVE WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME WINDOW. (PAGE 101)
