  Travis at Miller Piano Solutions made the experience of buying a piano fun!!! I was definitely intimidated at other piano stores! I grew up with a piano and always played but, my knowledge on how a piano is made and how it truly works was … More lacking. I am also very shy when it comes to playing in front of others. The thought of trying to find a a great used piano at a great price was completely daunting to me and I drug my feet for a while. The first few stores I went to only encouraged my doubts and insecurities around pianos by sales persons being snooty and basically not having time for me. I was wanting to give up when I called Miller Piano Solutions to see if I needed to make an appointment to come in. I was greeted by Travis who was so kind and told me I could come anytime I liked. Once I got to the store he was even nicer in person! He has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge with pianos and a kind heart when it came to explaining them to me! He never let on that any of my questions were stupid to him. He played every piano that I pointed at, and never made me feel rushed. He also helped me stay within budget and never pressured me. A week later after I bought my Yamaha piano, Travis and his son delivered it to me seamlessly! I cannot say enough good things about Travis and his family at Miller Piano Solutions!!! They were absolutely wonderful!!!
