We offer both local delivery throughout Middle Tennessee and national shipping for select products. Here’s how we ensure the best possible delivery experience:
Local Delivery (Middle Tennessee Area)
Local delivery is defined as delivery within a 30-mile radius of our showroom, located at 3656 Trousdale Dr STE 111, Nashville, TN 37204.
Digital Pianos
- All digital pianos include free shipping, whether delivered locally or shipped nationally.
- For local customers:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time qualify for free same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time qualify for free next-day delivery.
- Delivery timing is based on scheduling availability.
Optional White-Glove Setup:
- White-glove delivery and in-home setup for digital pianos is available for an additional fee, discussed at the time of purchase.
Acoustic Pianos
- Acoustic pianos are delivered by our highly trained in-house team or a trusted specialty piano mover, with every delivery handled using professional equipment and expertise.
- White-glove delivery and setup are included for all acoustic pianos, ensuring your piano is carefully placed exactly where you want it and ready to enjoy.
- Because of the specialized care required, local delivery generally starts at:
- $250+ for upright pianos
- $350+ for grand pianos
Final pricing depends on:
- Distance from our showroom
- Piano type, weight, and dimensions
- Delivery complexity (number of stairs, narrow hallways, setup conditions, etc.)
Acoustic piano deliveries are typically scheduled within 1-5 business days.

National / Out-of-Area Shipping
Digital Pianos & Accessories
- All digital pianos and accessories ship free nationwide. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.
Most digital piano and accessory orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
Acoustic Pianos
- Acoustic piano shipping is coordinated through trusted specialty piano movers with extensive long-distance experience.
- We do not ship acoustic pianos through standard parcel services (such as FedEx or UPS) due to the delicate nature of these instruments and the high level of care required.
- White-glove delivery and setup are included for all acoustic pianos.
All national acoustic piano deliveries involve:
- Direct coordination with you on timing, access details, and delivery preferences
- Professional handling from pickup to final placement
Expect long-distance acoustic piano delivery to take approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on location and mover availability.
