User-Provided Data & Advertising / Measurement
When you give us data like an email, phone, or name (for example in forms or account signup), we may use that as “user-provided data” with Google Analytics / Ads, in a hashed and privacy-safe way.
Here’s how it works and what your rights are:
- We only use first-party data (information you directly gave us). We do not send data purchased from third parties.
- Before sending anything to Google, we hash identifiers (SHA-256), so the raw data is not exposed.
- We use these hashed identifiers to:
• measure and report performance
• connect activity across sessions or devices (where you have identified yourself)
• build audience lists for ads
• personalize advertising
• attribute conversions / advertising effectiveness - These purposes are in addition to the ones listed above (personalization, analytics).
- Your consent matters: Where required, we will explicitly ask for your consent to collect, share, and use this hashed data for advertising and measurement. That consent is separate from cookie consent.
- You may withdraw consent at any time. If you do, we will stop using your identifiers for these purposes and request removal from active audience lists.
- We retain this data only as long as needed for its purposes or as required by law.
How We Protect Your Information
- We use secure servers and SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.
- Sensitive data is encrypted and stored only where needed (e.g. payment gateways).
- We limit access to authorized personnel, who must keep data confidential.
- We do not retain credit card or highly sensitive financial data longer than 60 days after a transaction, unless explicitly stated and used for recurring billing like subscriptions.
Cookie Usage & Tracking Technologies
Yes, we use cookies and similar technologies. They help us:
- Remember and process items in your shopping cart
- Save your preferences across visits
- Understand how you use our site
- Deliver personalized content and advertising
Where required by law, we will seek your explicit consent before placing non-essential cookies or collecting personal data via tracking technologies.
You can manage your cookie and tracking preferences through your browser settings.
Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties
We do not sell, trade, or share your personally identifiable information with companies not listed below. We may share data with trusted third parties who help us operate our website, provide services (e.g. payment processors, email platforms), or perform analytics and advertising on our behalf.
In particular:
- We may share hashed identifiers you provided with Google Analytics / Google Ads to facilitate measurement, audience creation, ad personalization, and reporting.
- These third parties are contractually bound to use the data only for the purposes we specify and to keep it confidential.
- We may also disclose your data when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Non-personally identifiable (aggregate or anonymous) data may be shared with marketing or analytics partners.
- We do not share mobile device identifiers or location data to third parties for marketing purposes, apart from the usage described above.

Occasionally we may link to external websites or services. These third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to read their policies if you navigate away from our site.
