We were proud to be a part of the 2017 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes kick-off event this year by showcasing the Yamaha Disklavier Enspire Grand Piano for the VIP gathering. We were also excited to have Skip Browner playing for the event as well this year.
The Home builders Association of Middle Tennessee is pleased to announce that this year’s Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes will be held at the new Witherspoon community from Ocober 7-22. This year’s Parade will feature six luxury homes built by some of Middle Tennessee’s finest custome home builders.
The Parade is located at the new Witherspoon community located off of Crockett Rd. in Brentwood. Witherspoon is being developed by Ford Custom Classic Homes and CPS Land. CPS Land formerly developed Parade of Homes communities at Annandale and Montclair, both in Brentwood. Witherspoon is an exclusive 263-acre enclave of 153 luxury home sites. The community is located on the portion of the former 1,500-acre Wildwood Plantation which has a rich history dating back to the mid-1800’s.
The Parade will be open daily from 10 am until 8 pm (the last ticket is sold at 7 pm) from Saturday, October 7th through Sunday, October 22nd. Tickets are $15 for adults.
