General Policy

  • All Sales Final
    Most sales are final. We generally do not accept returns unless explicitly stated or noted below.
  • Deposits
    We offer a fully refundable $100 deposit for first right of refusal on certain products. Other deposits are non-refundable unless required by law or specifically noted.

30-Day Full Exchange Guarantee

  • One-Time Exchange
    If you’re unhappy with your new piano purchase for any reason, you may make a one-time exchange within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Fees and Condition
    Any delivery, shipping, or handling fees are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. The returned instrument must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • Proof of Purchase
    A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required for any exchange.

Digital Piano Returns

  • Unopened Packaging Only
    We will consider returns for digital pianos if the product is still in its original, unopened box, and the return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Returns on Opened Packages
    Once the box has been opened, we cannot accept a return. Certain exceptions may apply at our discretion.

Special Orders and Customized Products

  • Non-Returnable
    Special orders or customized products are non-returnable unless explicitly stated in writing by Miller Piano Specialists.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

  • Shipping Responsibility
    The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and arrangements if a return is approved. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Refunds
    In rare cases where a return is approved, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Warranty and Defects

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty
    Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty or a Miller Piano Specialists warranty. We encourage you to review your warranty options before requesting a return or exchange for defective merchandise.

Ownership

  • Miller Piano Specialists retains ownership of any instrument until it is paid in full.
