April 20th marked a milestone for local, Debra Sheridan. She is a head and neck cancer survivor. We have grown to love and admire the work and determination she has shown in sharing the awareness of this type of cancer.
A few years ago she started the 501C3, Faces of HNC. Miller Piano Specialists has been proud to be a supporter of this organization. On April 20, 2017, we celebrated at our showroom with the announcement of the upcoming book by Debra Sheridan, “My Voice”. This book will be make you laugh, cry, and take you on a journey of inspiration to those with this type of cancer and educated those who are not aware it exists.
Family, friends, musicians, professionals all came together to celebrate, hear more and we were even blessed with a 6 piano jam session by some wonderful musicians in attendance.
We are also supporting the Faces of HNC thru the month of April by a portion of all proceeds going to this organization to continue the work Debra Sheridan has started.
