The Seiler 278 PE Konzert is a masterpiece of German engineering and artistry, representing over 175 years of piano-making tradition. Built in 2015 at Seiler’s workshop in Kitzingen, Germany, this concert grand was created to embody the pinnacle of Seiler’s Konzert Series. It was hand-selected by Seiler to serve as their touring concert grand.

From 2015 to 2020, this piano traveled across Europe as the flagship showpiece for Seiler, appearing in prestigious venues and in the hands of leading artists. In January 2020, it was presented at the world-renowned NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, where it drew acclaim for its immense tonal power, lyrical singing quality, and responsive action. Plans were in place for the piano to tour U.S. universities, concert halls, and worship centers until the global pandemic brought those events to a halt.

Instead of going on a full U.S. tour, the instrument resided at Seiler’s American headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee, where it remained protected, maintained, and ready for performance. When Seiler’s U.S. operations relocated in 2025, Miller Piano Specialists was presented with the rare opportunity to acquire this extraordinary instrument. Rather than being shipped overseas to Asia for further touring, it has now found its new home in our Nashville showroom.
