The New Year’s January Clearance has been extended for another week! It runs through February 7.
Are all pianos discounted?
Many pianos are discounted during the event, and selection varies by model. The easiest way to confirm is to stop by or browse our on-sale inventory online. Call or text us with any questions.
What does technician-prepared mean?
Our full-time, on-staff technicians assess and service every piano, so you know you’re getting a great instrument. Preparation always includes a detailed interior and exterior clean and tuning, and may include other services like regulation, voicing, and more – whatever the piano needs to meet or exceed our high performance standards.
Do clearance pianos include a warranty?
Yes. New pianos include a manufacturer warranty, and used pianos include a Miller Piano Specialists store warranty.
How does the trade-up policy work?
We offer a 100% lifetime trade-up guarantee on acoustic pianos and a 2-year trade-up guarantee on digital pianos so that as you grow in music, the level of your piano can grow with you.
Do you offer delivery and how fast?
Yes! We can often deliver within a few days depending on location and the difficulty of the move.
Can I trade in my current piano?
Yes, trade-ins are welcome. Call/text us with what you have, and we’ll review options and next steps.
Do I need an appointment?
Nope! Walk-ins are welcome when we’re open (Tue-Sat 11am-5pm), though appointments are available outside normal hours if needed.
